Youth in Worship
Youth have the opportunity to serve alongside adults in worship and other aspects of leadership in the church
SCRIPTURE READERS
Staff help prepare youth to read scripture during worship. In preparation for worship, they will practice public speaking with a microphone, writing prayers, and the dramatic aspects of reading scripture.
CHILDREN’S CHURCH
Youth lead age-appropriate Bible lesson and activities for young children who participate in Children’s Church during the 11am worship service.
YOUTH DEACON
Youth may decide to take the next step and serve as a Youth Deacon. This is a one-year dedicated term of service with specific roles and responsibilities in worship and acts of service.
Youth Volunteer Opportunities
Church Volunteers
Our youth take part in various aspects of church life. From leading worship or serving as a Youth Deacon, to caring for infants and toddlers in the nursery, our youth gain leadership skills and a sense of belonging through service.

Many of our youth are engaged in service opportunities through the church, such as Club 3:30 and The Pantry on Church. Single event opportunities also engage our youth annually. Learn more here.
