3:00pm – Check-in begins – Check in at Assembly Inn (AI) Front Desk
(address for GPS is 401 Assembly Drive, Montreat, NC 28757)
Welcome Packets will have printed copies of maps, restaurant recommendations, directions to areas of interest and will be placed in your rooms.
Dinner on your own
7:00-8:30pm – Bible Study with Brennan Breed (Freeland Hall 3rd Floor Meeting Room)
8:45pm – Evening Devotional (Location: TBD)
Hospitality Suite – AI#230
Saturday, March 25
7:30-8:30am – Breakfast served in Assembly Inn Galax Dining Room
9:00-10:30am – Morning Workshops
• Bible Study with Brennan Breed (Freeland Hall 3rd Floor)
• Painting with Laura Surace – AI#230
• Hiking with Erroll Eckford – Meet at Assembly Inn Front Desk (8:45am)|
• Children’s Programming – Meet at AI Fireplace in Main Lobby (8:45am)
Lunch on your own
Children are with their parents

*For those going to Sierra Nevada, plan to meet at AI Front Desk at 11:00am – their restaurant has a great menu and the grounds are kid friendly
3:30-5:00pm – Workshops
• Meaningful Devotional Life with Joe (Freeland Hall 3rd Floor)
• Children’s Programming – Meet at AI Fireplace at 3:15PM
• Youth – Hang out at youth house
5:30-6:30pm – Dinner for all in AI Galax Dining Room
7:00pm – Big Circle Mountain Dance – The Barn (dress appropriately – it may be chilly!)
8:45pm – Evening Devotional in The Barn

Sunday, March 26
7:30-8:30am – Breakfast served in Assembly Inn Galax Dining Room
9:00am – Worship at Black Mountain Presbyterian Church (GPS Address: 117 Montreat Road, Black Mountain, NC 28711)
11:00am – Check Out deadline in Assembly Inn and Glen Rock Inn
